Mercury agent cards and payments

Watch Mercury cards, including Mercury's own agent cards, and the card spend, ACH and wire payments that leave the account your agents pay from, matched to what each agent said it was doing.

By Keyveve, Inc. · Updated 2026-10-28

Veqen reads your Mercury cards, Mercury's own agent cards among them, and the money that leaves the account you name: card spend, ACH and wire payments. It does so every five minutes and matches each one to the action the agent recorded with Veqen. Agent spend explains the rules.

Connect it

  1. Create a read-only API token at app.mercury.com › Settings › API tokens.
  2. Paste it under Settings › Cards and accounts › Mercury, or send it with PUT /v1/agent-spend/platforms/mercury, with the id of the account your agents pay from so payments from your other accounts are never treated as an agent's. Name the agent that pays from it, and every payment from it is that agent's.
  3. Mercury's agent cards are read as agents by their nickname; assign other cards under Agent spend › Cards.

While agent spend is in beta, Veqen reads Mercury and changes nothing there. When an incident needs action, freeze the card or set its limit in Mercury, at app.mercury.com › Cards; the incident's alert, rules and evidence work the same as on any other platform.

Veqen watches what your work and coding agents, your product and your teams spend on AI, names who spent each dollar, and stops the spend nobody on your team made. Run a free audit or read the quickstart.
