Providers and agents show their own spend and cap it inside their own product, and that part of Veqen is free too. The paid plans are for what no single vendor can do: one bill across every provider and agent you use, hourly protection that matches each key's usage to what your team and product made and shuts off a key nobody should be using, every bill checked against the provider's rate card, and the month-end close with chargeback to cost centers.

No. It comes with every paid plan: product inference from $39 a month, and work and coding agents Team, which adds chargeback to cost centers. Free plans don't include it.

Anyone who used a connected work or coding agent, such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot, during the billing period. Someone who holds a seat but never used it isn't counted, and shows up under Seats as money you could save.

Every organization gets one, at any size and with no card. It starts when you connect your first agent. If it ends without a subscription, work and coding agents moves to Free, which shows each person's cost for up to 3 people. Nothing is deleted, limits already in your tools stay there, and credential misuse alerts and key shut-off pause until you subscribe.

When a month's AI spend passes your rung, the next rung applies from your next monthly renewal, never mid-month, and owners and admins get an email when it changes. On yearly billing the difference is charged pro rata for the rest of the year. When a month's spend fits a lower rung, the price falls at the next renewal.

What your AI providers bill, whether or not your code uses the SDK. For each provider Veqen takes what it billed or what Veqen tracked from your calls, whichever is more. Requests themselves are never charged for.

Yes. Work and coding agents works without the SDK, and product inference works without any agent connected. Buy either one, and when you add the other the whole subscription is 15% off.

Yes. Connect read-only admin keys and Veqen reads 30 days of provider usage, keys and coding-tool seats, then reports what it found on any plan. Evidence exports, key shut-off and the hourly checks are part of the paid plans.

No. Overcharge checks and claims are part of every paid product-inference rung, and every credit a provider gives back is yours.

Your plans move to Free at the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted straight away, but Free keeps 30 days of history, so export anything older first.

A year costs 10 months on either product, charged up front, and renews on the same date. Team on yearly billing is charged at each renewal for the people who were active in the month before it.
